Dharan Samaj UK has organized the 13th Budha Subba Gold Cup on June 20, 2026. The football tournament was held at Tudor Park Sports and Leisure, Feltham.

Brigade Boys Club became the winner in the main category of the tournament. The team defeated TW Warriors 2-1 to win the trophy and medal, including 1900 pounds. The runners-up TW Warriors took home a trophy, a medal and a prize money of £900.

Similarly, in the veteran category, Joint FC won the trophy, medal and 1100 pounds after scoring two goals in the final, while Dharan XI won the trophy, medal and 500 pounds.

In the Super Veteran category, Super Gurkha was rewarded with a trophy, a medal and a cash prize of Rs 300 while runners-up Dharan FC UK bagged the trophy, medal and 200 pounds.

Chief guest Sanjok Pariyar and Dharan Society UK President Nikesh Limbu among others handed over the prizes to the winners.

About a thousand spectators attended the event.

The formal program was conducted by the general secretary of the society, Ballav Gurung. The tournament was coordinated by Sports Secretary Bishal Limbu and Assistant Sports Secretary Uttam Rai.

Dharan Samaj UK Chairman Nikesh Limbu expressed his gratitude to all the working committees and sponsors who helped to make the tournament a success. He said that the support, cooperation and enthusiasm of all had contributed to make the 13th Budha Subba Gold Cup memorable.
